Of Love Let Lost

Oh well,
this is very peculiar
how the stars seem to be reflecting on the ground
and how we both seem to be spinning
and splitting
the same type of sky.
I demanded a silence
too precious to be broken,
so we stare unblinkingly at knobbed tree branches
only wanting to set things free.
Our love for destruction of civility through chivalry
is…
somewhat indifferent from the rest.
You want to create a twin moon to guide unsteady paths.
I want this earth to smell of roses.
I left you with a dagger too weak to pierce a sickening heart.
Use it well for me.
