Painful Life
It feels as if life has come to a halt
Your heart skips a beat
The flame of hope starts to get smaller
The warm droplet runs down your face uncontrollably
Your eyes more red by the second
Your head ready to burst with the overflowing pressure
One hand on top of the other
You think to yourself
Grasping for the breath of life
You need that person
The one you call a friend, a hope, an angel
But you are alone to fight
Slowly the ocean of red lava runs
You feel only the consolation of relief
You feel separated from the world
You are ready to let it all go
You are ready to end everything
But you can’t, and it hurts
It hurts to breathe
It hurts to feel
It hurts to live
