why did you act so sweet to me? or was i really that stupid that i didnt see?
it was all fake, it was all lies, turns our you're just like other guys.
i cant believe i thought you were for real, then again it did seem kind of surreal.
just like any other guy, you'd say whatever it took and it wouldnt be long before i was hooked. so that whole time you played me, and i was too blind to see that friends was all you ever wanted to be.
and when you come running back to me, youll be the one to see that friends is all we will EVER be.
