What If He Went After Your Sister?
That’s what my therapist used to ask.
And I would never want that to happen to her,
Not my little sister.
She doesn’t deserve to know the terror of sneaking out,
The pain of losing your virginity,
The feeling of the cold had ground under you
And an old creepy guy on you,
The horror of not knowing if you’re pregnant or not,
And finding out you are.
She doesn’t deserve to know
And neither does anyone else.
