Open your arms
Open your heart
take in the love and take in the pain
climb the ups and climb the downs
Because you have to go down
To know that there is up
And you have to feel pain
To know that there is love
And when the love breaks through the pain
Let it fill you
Let it flow through your veins
And when you see the highest peak
Climb it
And when you get to the top
Look down and smile
Because you did it
