Barbie.
She was beautiful; Perfection.
She wanted her, promised to treat her with protection.
She swore this one was special, not like her other dolls.
She told her parents she wouldn’t break her, be there when it falls.
She got what she wanted; left with Barbie in hand.
She was filled with excitement; she had so much planned.
Soon all her plans were fulfilled, and this “special” Barbie just seemed bland.
What she once considered perfection was now another part of her collection.
Years passed, and older she grew.
And she became that Barbie too.
A boy did the same to her.
She was in Barbie’s position watching in Barbie’s point of view.
He treated her just like she treated that doll.
Promised to catch her, but broke her and let her fall.
