For Blaine
When he proposed,
He used creativity
And tenderness.
Instead of the typical
“Will you marry me?” scene,
He brought a picnic.
For dessert,
He gave me Crackerjacks…
…But not the ordinary kind.
He had carefully opened
The box…and inserted
A diamond ring
In place of the
cheesy,
Cheap
Prize.
