I cannot live,
in the agony of lust,
for lust has found me,
and buried deep,
as her eyes find mine,
in a moment of crazed desire,
love bursts, wanton,
across my pallid features,
life at last,
amongst the shadows of concealment,
and the moment fades,
as life may fade,
for she does,
and always will,
be bourne to another,
her hair,
her dark, beautiful hair,
forever destined,
to wave a sad farewell,
to my graven eyes.
