No One Cares
No one cares
I've heard the silence,
I've felt the pain,
And I've shed the tears.
But does anyone see?
Does anyone hear?
Can anyone help?
My existence seems less and less significant,
Every breath i take does not sustain as it used to,
The words i try to speak are carried off into the wind, before it reaches their ears.
No one reaches out,
No one tries to help,
No one can see how deeply i suffer
For no one truly cares.

Not going to lie, your poem made me depressed. :( Still great though. And perhaps its great because it makes me sad. THat you reached my heart.
Um, guess what??? Minor critique!!! One long line in the second to last stanza. Awkward. Karate chop that thing in half and you'll be on your way.
