I lay here, dreaming of a new tomorrow
Hoping that one day, my life will officially fall into place
Awaiting this day makes me anxious, wondering if it will ever come
I begin drifting into the stiffness of silence
My mind wonders
Will I like my life if it ever falls into place?
What will become of it?
Will I be successful as I hope for?
What will be my profession?
Wait
My life is what I make it
I shape it
So where do I begin?
Decisions
Life has many factors, and perspectives
Life is a game, and I’m just playing it
Attempting to make it my own
