you made me
create me
you held me
but you break me
complicate me
stop trying to re-make me
my thoughts
so mixed with confusion
i can't tell which way is down
much less up
why do this?
it hurts, that last kiss
you promised
we compromised it
our love was like a story
fairytale perfect but no happy ending in sight
it was make believe
never to be
i had face reality
my life with you,
i understand it was a waste,
but i just can't shake the taste
of heartbreak.
