I wished for peace, there came strain.
I wished for comfort, I found a pillow.
I wished for sleep, there came dreams.
I wished for awakening, there came light.
I wished for truth, but I'm still looking.

I really like this poem, but you use some really good contrast in the first two lines and then... a pillow? :) Also, thanks for commenting on my Regrets poem. (I'll try to see if I can fix the hurricane part of that poem...)
