Hide and seek is a game
Some people play
At birthday parties
Or get a together
It is also like chasing
Your thoughts
They hide as you seek
Or with your emotions
You sometimes may hide
Them inside while others
Try to seek them out
It is also like writing
The words are there
On the page
You just have to seek
Them out
But above all
It’s a fun game
