Its following me, I can feel it breathing down my neck
The fear, the boldness,is so strong, I need to check
To see If its real, the monster, should I fret?
I can feel it Its cold touch seeping into my skin
The burning, the creeping, I can tell who is to win
I can always depend on the devil to side with his kin
to prize an unexpected sin
But how can I look in the mirror, and see nothing at all
I can close my eyes, and watch, the darkness crowd the walls
The terror strikes me harder as I realize its still there
Ready to strike, to kill once more
