Noise

The flavor of silence is bitter,
Bust down the doors
And fill the area with laughter.
Have the words dance of your tongue
Don’t hold back, for life is short.
Experiment a little,
Have curiosity,
Be brave, or
You’ll never know how words will react together.

The flavor of silence is bitter,
Break through the threshold, my friend
And fill the room with enlightening ideas
Take advantage of words
For without them we are just animals
Barking or purring
Trying to communicate,
To shatter the silence,
Bounding for failure.

The flavor of silence is bitter,
Turn the stillness noise into lush conversation
Instead of a dull noiseless utter.
Twist the sour room into scrumptious chocolate
Rather than an expired milk carton.
Spin the world with creative thinking,
A new way to look at things
And little by little,
The world will unravel into a sweet place.
