Waves crash into the sand
While dads are holding their children’s hand
So many sand castles are built so high
The sun shines brightly from the sky
Sand and sun warms you up
And surfer guys say sup?
The smell of the salt water flusters your nose
Time flies fast who knows where it goes
Screams of kids fill up the air
A pretend shark gives you quite a scare
Crabs and starfish cover the rocks
When walking on the hot sand it makes you want to wear socks
Laughter and giggles surround you
And you wish you knew how to surf too
The water cools you down
So hop in and stop wearing a frown
As the day slows
The shower water begins to flow
The day at the beach
Was like a delicious peach
