"I shall Conquer the most precious thing known to humans; The heart. I shall use love as my force, and the blood it flows as the ever long peace that I shall bestow on all Human kind." - Jay

A piano begins to play
This bittersweet symphony.
My heart begins to decay
As the cello strikes its first note.

I feel my soul lift and float
Away from my body, choking
On tears falling in the remote
Floor of desolation.

The piano stops in the sensation
While the cello begins
A solo of pure elation.
No words could emphasize its depth.

The piano begins to play
Ending the final measure.
Bittersweet symphony of disarray
I shed one last tear for your beauty.

This took 3 and 1/2 hours to write. It was a super long poem at first but I changed it so many times until I was pleased and happy to write heart-wrenching yet beautiful poem.
