The Taste of Laughter
The taste of laughter is
bubbly grape soda.
It tickles your lips,
mouth and throat.
'Pop' open the bottle-
the first chuckle.
You can't stop,
you burp and your sides hurt,
but you continue to take sips.
The sweetness is addicting.
I believe laughing so hard
til' you cry will solve anything.
Lift your spirits with your
poetry and let laughter
fill the pages of your journal.
