Bananas

Yellow. Why are bananas yellow? Yet oranges are orange and apples are apple, so why on earth are bananas yellow? They must be awfully lonely in their world of brightness and cheer. Rest assured they would rather be like avocados; dark, evil, with one big center and meaning. But, alas, bananas are not avocados; bananas are yellow.
