An Empty Space (Distance)
Where are you?
A fine line exists between us,
Clearly composed, divinely inspired,
Created by chance, and upheld by truth.
And I find myself reaching,
With all I am,
Over this line, into impossibility,
And the more I realize that this isn't MY truth,
I sync up with the universe,
And deny it all,
Embrace the struggle,
And keep reaching,
For the void that exists between you and I,
And all that is left,
Relative to us,
Is distance.
