Pulling at stupid threads just to fight
To maybe give reason to let go
It's far too complicated for me
I'd rather not be involved
I've worked too hard to make it work
Cryed to much to shed a single tear
I don't want it to be over,
But do I even have a say?
I used to think I handled it all
Now my response is not so positive
Please try, but please not for me
I never wanted yours or anyone's sympathy
Maybe I do want it to be over,
But maybe I don't know what I want
