I sit and make
tons
of similar mistakes,
unreliably, undecidedly
(i wish i could say
uncharacteristically)
waiting for the
flutter of your lips and
an average (but
i think it's pretty)
word or two
that I hope will get me
through something,
but I just remain confused
and wondering
since you are just so
unreliable, undecided
(i wish i could say it's
uncharacteristic of you)
when it comes to
(unbeknownst to you)
appeasing me
and my hurried thoughts
that take a spare moment
but just laugh things off
while I wait around
to hear a sentiment,
but these are spoken so
unreliably, undecidedly
(i wish i could just say
characteristically)
when you don't mean to mean
a single thing
by it,
but the well-hidden meaning,
I find it
since I know a lot
more than you think,
and I hope for you to share
something more
(very personal)
that only
I can know,
but once again...
you don't.
