A smile for her
A wink for him
No one can see the pain in my eyes
My smile is troubled, it hurts
But no one can see I am different inside
Nobody knows what I can really do
Nobody knows who I truly am
I’m afraid
But anyone sees is a clever girl
I want to shout out
But I can’t find my breath
I hide my individuality
I fit the stereo-type
I put on a happy face for all to see
But nobody can see the real me
I’m stuck behind my mask
