Cherry blossom petals fall to the ground,
so beautiful in their color and in their grace.
But find to late,
that in their peak of beauty,
it is their last moment of glory.
For once they drift so daintly to the ground,
the life of each petal flow out of its veins,
like the flow of water through the mouth of the river.

The majestic tiger,
staring down with a glimpse of wisdom in his eye.
It stalks through the dense jungle,
so powerful and fierce.
But find to late,
that in his most fierce and proudest moment,
and even he know,
he approaches the twilight of his time,
and soon the sun must fall.

If the meaning of this poem isn't clear I would like to elaborate on the theme. In both cases we find out too late to appreciate it's beauty.
