I knew a boy with beautiful eyes,
That sparkled like diamonds in the sky.
I knew a boy with a gorgeous smile,
That would set my heart on fire after seeing it for awhile.
I knew a boy with a heart of gold,
But, alas, it was already sold,
To a better, prettier girl, I was told.
For those who have love, the unloved are forgotten.
But for the unloved, love is rotten.
