So, Tonight I’m going to love her
So, Tonight I’m going to love her
Regardless of what they say,
They can b****, yell, and argue
But I am not going away.
To them, this means nothing
And in their eyes, it is all a joke,
The very rights they take for granted
Are the same ones we have revoked.
You can tell me I am not a woman
Hell, you can tell me I deserve to die,
However, what I will not allow you to do
Is to take away my lesbian pride.
So go ahead and hate me
Because you can all go to hell,
I have a right to happiness
Does that word not ring a f***ing bell?
Tell us we are not worthy
Of something called true love,
Yet you have no real knowledge
Of what it is you speak of.
So, Tonight I am going to love her
And I do not care what you say,
You can b****, yell and argue
But as her wife, I am here to stay.
