I don’t understand
Why people are so critical
Why parents forget that they themselves were teenagers
Why every bad thing runs together
But most of all
Why GOD has allowed this storm to flood my life
living in the world of crisis
Why I never went astray
What I understand most is
My love for people
My sense of peace
My longing to retain my innocence
And the innocence of the world.
