I don't understand
Why the world is round
Why millions of young people die
Why my mother expects perfection
But most of all
Why he can't make up his mind
Why young children die of starvation each night
Why there is discrimination against immigrants
What I understand the most is
Why I can find beauty in the eyes and smiles of loved ones
Why my baby sister brings so much joy into my life
Why the Earth is close to and circles the Sun for warmth
