“Behind the gates”

Behind the gates is happiness when your soul is finally set free,
As you stand in the light of the better land,
please wait for me,
With all the violence and all the drama I shall one day be set free,
To enter the gates of the better land with your arms held out for me,
My time is still yet to come I’ll be ready when it do,
Once I reach the gates I prey our father let me through,
I rather give it all up just to be in the light with you,
Since it’s not my time I shall let you shine on through.
When my time is up, behind the gates
I’ll fine you.
