The thoughts that remain in my mind
Are the thoughts that I retain in my soul
My knees are weakening
Helplessly out of control

I can't stand any longer
I fall to the ground
The pains get stronger
This time it's not just my knees, it's all around

As I lay on the floor, cold as ice
I soon realize
I have to make a sacrifice
I have to do something I haven't done in a while

I then find courage,
To close my eyes, and pray
Because in God's loving hands,
He continues to watch over me night and day

No matter what I do
The Lord always forgives me
His love stays true
Because I'm his little angel
