Stepping Stones
August 30, 2009
these stepping stones are
black and white like the rest
of the world until those
covicted are cut down
then theres the red of
the blood that stains
no colors show through
even the brightest rainbow
as the world is kept in
constant darkness holding
close the hatred
no sounds of happiness can
be heard only the sounds
of sorrow and misery as
merciless hands grasp ur
throat slitting and bleeding
you
faces are gaunt and blank
paled from death as they
are burned away into oblivion
these stepping stones are black
and white
