My Life
Faster and faster
the cold night air whipping
your hair, your arms, your face
The only things in front of you are
The sky, the grass, the stars
All is silent but for
your breath, your feet, your Heart
You run forever
never stopping, never trying
You cry from the joy
of running, of escaping
But Life is faster
the noise, the smell, the Pressure
And you can only run
so fast
