who can describe that feeling
where all you want
is to just scream
and flip tables

that feeling
in the pit of your stomach
that just makes you want to
cause harm to yourself

and when you realize
that you just want
to hurt yourself
it makes you cry

and when your done crying
you realize how depressed you are
and makes repeat the cycle
over again

who can control that feeling
that causes you
and everyone around you
to be miserable and cranky

that feeling
that only one person
can lift off you heart
who has that power

only the Lord
