Bouncing up and down
Restless.
Sitting on my hands
Holding words in
Laughing uncontrollably
Wanting something now
Opposing it later
Chewing on gum
Like it’s my job to punish it
Walking fast to many places
Gibberish coming from my lips
What is this feeling
Yellow shines through my pupils
Highlighting the world in bright sunny ink
Today
Is a yellow day.
Woody the woodpecker playing over
And over
And over in my head
Necesito burbujas en mi elephante morado.
