It's a cement wall you cannot climb.
No holes, no options.
You can only sit there and wait for the ages to pass.
Sit and wait for it to crumble.
A wall called Writer's Block.
No through, around, over, under.
No device will scale this wall.
No amount of strength moves it.
The only solution is time.
Inspiration is only partial when it comes to
A wall called Writer's Block.
An impasse in a writer's mind.
It leaves no empty space.
A "living" wall.
One that will to any length to stop you.
A wall called Writer's Block.

I was inspired to write this piece because I was so very uninspired when it came to writing a good poem.

I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe in miracles. ~Audrey Hepburn

I hope that you are inspired now to write this poem. It describes Writer's Block perfectly, and I love the part about the cement wall that you cannot climb.
