“Be yourself, don't take anyone's shit, and never let them take you alive.” -Gerard Way

Carrying the weight,
Of the world on my shoulders,
Needing a way to release,
I shoot out my hand,
An impulse I regret,
And ruin my rep,
As the good little girl,
The smart one,
The help,
A fragile life,
Ripped apart at the seams,
Changing the way others look upon me,
If I could take it all back,
I swear that I would,
Make it all go away,
Like nothing even happened,
But it shall not be,
As simple as that,
I must carry on,
Make things once more right,
My life will continue,
I can keep on going,
I will be fine,
With my friends by my side.
