Secretive Truth
Poisoning my soul I cannot speak,
taped shut my voice is inanimate.
Desperately trying not to break
the promise and my stomach is sick.
Se's hurting and I only know.
I can't spit out the words my body is weak.
Dizzily I have flashback after flashback of her bruises.
The lies she told and the fronted smile.
I know, I know and I want to tell.
I'm unable to stand up, I whimper.
"He's beating her he's beating her!" I want to scream,
but i know because he told me and she told him.
Trust vs Truth.
You can trust someone but when the truth needs out,the promise is broken and it's your decision to keep the trust or not.
