Some say we are the future
Some say we are the war
Some say the world will fall around us
Some say there is no cure

Well I say we are the future
And I say we can stop this war
I say we can build the world around us
I say we will find the cure

Some say we don’t know how to love
Some say we don’t know what it’s like
Some say we just make mistakes
Some say we’ll never be right

I say they don’t know who we are
I say they have forgotten what it’s like
I say we all make mistakes
I say well prove were right

Some say we’ll never make it
With the hate in this world

I say we can change the hate
Change the world
Change our lives
We are the future we can fight
