Don't

All you have to do,
Is get out
and get out alive.
Don't fall for those smiling faces.
And please don't fall for mine.
Just run,
Run.
Run.
Don't give me your life.
Don't be so naive.
How could you think that I would keep it safe?
Don't you know,
the most dangerous mask of all
is one of virtue,
of love,
of friendliness.
So don't fall for those smiling faces
And please don't fall for mine.
Just get out
And get out alive
Don't give your life so easily,
To one who has ulterior motives
such as mine.
Don't be the easy prey of the animal kingdom
You could be more,
could be higher,
If only you get out alive,
and pass the test.
Pass the test and be mine
Pass the test and be my beauty
My one and only
Just don't fall for my falsity
Don't fall for my smiling face
Just run,
Run,
Run,
And get out get out alive,
And pass the test,
Pass the test and be mine forever.
My singing bird,
My one and only.
But please don't fall for my facade,
Just get out and get out alive.
Pass the test and be my beuteous queen
for all eternity.
But please don't leave me,
Don't go
Don't run
Just stay
Please?

This is very beautiful, particularly the twist at the end. The narrator has these walls built up to keep others out, but really, they just want to be loved. Well written.
