My Best Friend
There is a person that doesn’t share my interests, or hair color.
But she knows me the best out of everyone in the world.
She is older than me by just two years, but is the wisest person I know.
She is confident in a sweatshirt and minimum make up.
She does what she thinks is right, despite what everyone else is doing.
People tell me it’s rare how close we are.
But I can’t imagine it any other way.
She understands what I’m talking about when no one else does.
She inspired me to be who I want, and she probably doesn’t know that.
She is my sister and I am proud.
