To fade away
Like the early morning mist
A distant memory
Barely remembered
Till the morning next
When it will be experienced
Then forgotten
If the mist were never to appear again
I wonder
Would anyone even notice?

Humans are the same I think
Five years from now will you even remember those you now call your friends?
Do you still think of them as friends
When they're standing right there in front of you
Plain as day
Or are they fading
Like the early morning mist
And tell me
When they're gone
Will you even notice?

To fade away
Like the early morning mist
If it were to never appear again
I wonder
Would you even notice?

wow, this is tricky i don't really know what to say about this.

It's definitely really good,

But i think there are definitely parts where you sort of mess up your flow, the

"five years from now...." line is very direct and i think gives too much away to the reader

but i really like your total commentary on like human nature and the like

nicely done.
