Lost Soul Forever

Sitting in a dirty room
clothes on the floor.
Severed plastic bottles and dirty water
I hold the lighter on one corner
and sprinkle into a dark gauze
A deep exhalation is followed.
I light the brown gold and pull up
on the half a bottle, submerged
in dirty water. It fills with smoke
I remove the gauze and place
my quivering lips around the tip.
I inhale rejection. My head spins
