My Thoughts are Dark
My life is obscured
I know nothing of emotion
I feel frightened
I am suffering
Years draw together
Dark forms move in the wind
What if I fall into the abyss?
Dare I think of sympathy?
Can friends comfort me?
Little windows of light glow in their childlike faces
They look as though they are full of peace
Troubles are behind me
And now I am free
