Love, so deep.

The keys jingle, the doors open.
My purse on my shoulder.
My heels, tap, tap, tapping, like nails on the concrete.
My hand in his, as we climb the stairs.
He pays the stranger behind the glass and smiles.

He holds my waist and pushes me softly forward.
I’m a feather, under his wing.
We’re directed into a dark room.

We look up at a widescreen.
His arm over my shoulder.
Warm air on my neck, then pillows brush my cheek.
I turn and press my lips into his.
Soon our bodies entwine as we forget where we are.
We enter a new world.
A world with just he and i.
With no worries, no voices.
Just music.
The screen lights up and his eyes tell me secrets.
I’m in such a deep love, I might just drown.
I like this love, this crazy love, this DEEP love.

I have a facination with how people can fall in love. And how love can get rocky but a kiss can make it smooth again.:)

In my poem, there is a couple on their first date to the movies and they find out how much they are connected as they fade into a huge make-out session and forget about they other movie goers.
