I dream of you
of you with me

my dream still lives
of you holding me
with tears of joy
and dreams that last
and dreams that die
of those who live
i live to dream.
I strive for your heart
may i aim the right dart]
my heart is pierced
as is my story.
I'm missing one thing
a thing of hope
a thing of smiles
a world of dreams
a dream for life
my own secret dream
my dreams of strength
i carry on in life.
