fear senses
Fear is black with no return
Sounds like a pompous laughter
And it tastes like spoiled Artichokes
Smells like a dark, damp forest
Looks like a hi-jacker getting on a plane
Fear makes sweat roll down my face
Fear is red
It sounds like
An ear piercing scream at 2am
And it tastes like thick blood
It smells like a doctor’s office
Looks like a shadowy alley
Fear makes me feel the need to look twice
Fear is an unsolved mystery
It sounds like knuckles cracking
And it takes like bitter chocolate
It smells like newly cut metal
And it looks like a vast dark storm cloud
Fear makes me fell trapped.
