I'm Not the Same

I’m not the same person I once was
Like liquid to gas of an unknown reason
New frustration contaminates
And misleading advice accumulates
Walking through life; my body as a drain
I feel like I’m killing myself just to find any energy my body may contain
Anger builds because of the misleading voices I try to lockout
But they seep right in like a leaky kitchen spout
It seems like for most it is hard to hear
So it feels redundant to cry out for help to a broken ear
So what am I to do?
Do I sit around and wait to find out if what these people say is true?
