Do you ever wonder
What it would be like off the ground
Far away form any sight
Far away from any sound

Would you open up your mind
Would you open up your ear
Do you think it would be hazy
Or come in loud and clear?

Would you listen for the angels
And their talking of god’s crafting
Or would you listen for the clouds
With their joyful, merry laughing

Would you look for all the faces
Of those you love go by
Or would you look for the wind
And its paintings in the sky

Would you try to feel the sun
With all its hot rays burning brightly
Or would you try to feel the moon
And its soft smile on you nightly

About the places down below
Do you think they see the stars?
Do you think they see them glow?
