Who knew that death would come
As he entered the feast
Where his enemies danced
Who knew that he would meet
His one soul mate
And forget his past love
Her beauty captured him
His love, mind, and soul
Were all hers to keep
Her beauty and his
His love and hers
Would never be withdrawn
But fate interrupted
Death and enemies intervened
Why did this happen?
Fate played a roll
It misaligned the clocks
Death became inevitable
Who knew that with life
Love would come
And with love
