I never like the warmth of the baking sun
Within me lies the longest night
I wait for the frigid cold
Clouds crowd around as my time arrives
Snow fills the pores of the frozen earth
Only I remain
The middle of winter is where I lay
I end the year
My neighbor begins another
I am the Finisher, and this is…
The End
